So you picked on me because your limited brain makes you think I am a homophobe but with this post you make it look like being gay is a bad thing and an insult. You are really dumber than I thought

No way in hell could they have gotten DY alone in that busy airport and for some reason ask him about a gay person in wrestling without setting it up.
I love PTP and felt they should have gotten pushed over the Uso's though. They do have talent and are a entertaining team. The push is warranted but i hate the reason they are getting it now. If they got it months ago i would have no issue at all, it all just happened way to fast which makes it so obvious why they are winning now.
This is because you seem like one of the smarter posters who even if they don't agree with something, they at least get the point without repeating the same old lame phrases like some retarded parrot "this is not 1950 anymore you homophobe" unlike some others *cough* CMWit *cough*
If people wouldn't be so scared to say that someting sucks no matter if someone is black, asian, jew, muslim, atheist, fat or whatever else than we would have such a great time like in the late 90s/early00s again
Like I wrote months ago in a thread in the entertainment section where some people were too much scared to post how a black Superman or James Bond is a load of crap because it destroys the character because someone might call them a racist. This is why most people in the current society are either pussified or retarded because it has nothing to do with racism. I would post the same if a white actor plays Shaft.
Another actual thread in the rants made by Cat where the decision of Ben Affleck playing Batman is retarded and I agree with. People were not shy to post in that thread how they agree. Now imagine that Ben Affleck was gay and the half of the posters in that thread would not post that they agree because some tool of this society like CMWit would interfere and call them homophobic

If Young is good enough to build sustainable popularity with the audience so be it, otherwise he will fade faster than Billy & Chuck who also got talk show publicity for their onscreen gay relationship and "wedding." I recognize the difference is Billy & Chuck was strictly an angle and Darren Young's character technically has not been acknowledged on TV as gay yet. I assume it will be brought up eventually with him taking part in BA Star campaigns for the company.
Here are a couple questions for those mad at Young's apparent push based on his sexuality - Was it unfair to rehire Matt Hardy back in 2005 so he could have a love triangle angle with Edge and Lita? Or any time WWE uses Make-A-Wish to draw sympathy to John Cena's on-screen character in the middle of a storyline? Is it wrong for WWE to push Del Rio and Sin Cara (before he became a failure) to draw the Latino audience? Point is McMahon/WWE will use what he can or whatever works to draw more attention to his promotion including "controversial" topics, but they will also pat themselves on the back on every single week on TV for their social campaigns. They could do those things solely on their website and press conferences but it is all in the WWE programming of today. They hope for that snippet of talk from media outside the WWE bubble anytime they can get it.
Another great post that makes hope that on this board we have people who are not tools of this society.
Great examples but you can't compare it to Darren Young. Not because he's homosexual but because of his standing compared to other wrestlers you mentioned before his announcement.
Matt Hardy was before he went nuts and started to make YouTube videos very over with the fans for years.
Today almost nobody gives a fuck about him but 8 years ago he was over thanks to the matches alongside his brother and had enough fans that it was only a matter of time before he was brought back and if the love triangle was the reason (and it was) so be it.
If Edge banged the girlfriend of Bull Buchanan or Nathan Jones and Vince brought one of them back and booked a big SummerSlam match then it would be just wrong as pushing Darren Young because Buchanan and Nathan were irrelevant and they didn't deserve it and so is Darren Young.
Matt Hardy was over then and he deserved to be back, be it because of Edge & Lita, his sexuality or last name and I would have no problem with it, no matter what the reason is.
As for John Cena. He was always over with kids and women since he stopped with the rapper gimmick. Del Rio and Sin Cara were not unknown with the Latinos before their WWE debut.
All these guys were relevant before Vince McMahon started using them to get attention, Darren Young was not and that makes it so awkward and pathetic.
If Ryback, Dolph Ziggler, Christian, Sheamus or Jack Swagger came out I would not make this thread but you have with Darren Young a lame midcarder who would be probably released after WrestleMania 30 if he didn't came out especially after AW was released and Titus proved on the commentary that he is gold and entertaining and that he is the Shawn Michaels of his team.
People complain about a Sheamus push because he is the buddy of Triple H, about Bellas because they date Bryan & Cena or about Curtis Axel because he is the son of a legend, so why should it make it any different or worse if I complain that Darren Young was pushed because of his sexuality?
Posting that I'm homophobic because I complain about it is the same like accusing fans who complain about a Cena push because he does charity that they hate sick kids who can die any day
