WWE decided not to suspend Jack Swagger after being arrested for OUI with possesion of marijuana. This is garbage, and I'll preface this that I fucking hate Jack Swagger and his inability to wrestle, cut a promo or probably flush a toilet correctly does make this a bit biased.. However I will try to balance this with facts:

#1. It ruins WrestleMania-Yes WWE WILL suspend Swagger, but they decided instead to keep on their track of pushing him from Elimination Chamber into WrestleMania. Someone in the back came up with an idea to get a big rouse of his gimmick, and they even recognized his inability to put words together to form sentences to others could understand. The result? Swagger will lose at WrestleMania, and be suspended thereafter.

#2. Lack of Consistency in the WWE Wellness Policy-WWE had no problem suspending others for marijuana use... Evan Bourne for one example. The argument of the DUI's (via Alcohol, a legal substance NOT listed on the Wellness Policy as a violation) is invalid. WWE had no problem suspending Orton and Mysterio for steroids abuse, which didn't make TMZ.com. It makes WWE look worse when they allow their storylines to dictate the Wellness Policy.

#3. Jack Swagger should be embarrassed: The guy is truly awful, and is lucky to have a job in WWE. He routinely botches (see his MITB win) and really has no business being in WWE. I don't take away his actual wrestling career which was impressive, but he's no Kurt Angle who translated his Olympic skills into the world of fake pro entertainment. When he finally returns after being buried deeper than Alex Riley, Zak Ryder and Drew McIntyre he gets arrested for marijuana possesion.

Fuck this guy.

If it were someone you liked, you would be happy they didn't get suspended.

How about you actually READ what I typed. Notice I said "He WILL be suspended" in my original post. My post is less about Jack Swagger and more directed towards WWE failing to abide by its own policy in order to keep in line with the storylines.

clearly your a Swagger fan, and you see "Swagger bullsh*t" in the topic headline, spend 7 seconds reading the anti-Swagger comments then post your rebuttal. Stop, read, then respond.

I read your post just fine, you are clearly letting your hate for Swagger overtake the fact that he had WEED. Weed is nothing and the WWE shouldn't even nail people for it unless they do it right before a match, where they are about to get in the ring and can hurt someone because they are high as fuck. Swagger got caught driving around, he wasn't at work, who gives a shit. Your 3rd point shows how mad you are because you hate him. It has nothing to do with him getting caught and everything to do with how much you hate him.

I actually don't like Swagger at all, you fucking faggot, you're just an annoying bitch who would probably throw a fit if your favorite wrestler were suspended over it.

Read their polciy, it says thet have the abilty to, it allows them to do it or not do it.
