Loved both Buffy & Angel but damned if Firefly was not Wheedon's best show, Fox fucked that up royally, thank God for Serenity

Yeah at least Buffy and Angel got to be on for a decent amount of time. Firefly was killed tragically before its prime.

I had flashbacks this week, watched an episode of Castle, then Hawaii 5-O, Castle for those who may not know stars Nathan Fillion the great Capt. Mal, well this week had Gina Torress as a guest star, it also had a guy who played a Captain in the Alliancethen Hawii 5-O had Summer Glau for a guest star...damn I miss the show

Oh shit Summer Glau was on Hawaii 5-0? lol that show is getting cancelled.

Castle is solid, but I haven't watched it in awhile.

Is Firefly still worth watching or does it leave you completely unsatisfied by its cancelling? I hear about it so much and have never bothered as it seems like a big bucket of disappointment waiting for me because of the cancelling.

The 13 episodes don't end on a cliffhanger or anything. They do leave you wanting more, though.

I was not a big fan of Serenity, because Simon and Mal both seemed OOC from the way they were written on the show. And if you're nitpicky for plot details, it veers away from the start of things as per the pilot episode. But it wasn't a bad movie, all things considered.

Canceled? I had not heard that, yeah Castle is great Fillion is gold...check out his FUnny or Die skit w/Tim Daly, very funny

Yes it is a must watch and the movie Serenity puts a pretty decent bow on it...

Yeah taht was a pretty great episode, but I was just reffering to this past week as both shows I watched back to back both happened to guest star Firefly alums, they need to get Alan Tudyk on Castle
