Randy Orton.

Everyone thought he was going to end up like Jack Swagger after he lost the WHC (a forgotten champion and eventually jobbed to hell), but then he feuded with Taker and it saved him, even if he didn't go over.

Re: I'm sick of this sudden Rock hate

which guy did Randy Orton merely work with that got him over?

nvm i didn't read the whole post. Taker had nothing to do with Orton getting over. Orton already had a level of overness when working against Undertaker. people legit thought he might win his match with Undertaker heading into WM21. if anything his feud with Taker did damage to him. Orton was hardly more over after that feud. he was working with guys like Carlito a year later.

Triple H wrestled Booker T. Took him another three or four years to finally win the WHC.

I have no problem with him losing the belt in fact there are plenty of wrestlers I felt could have taken the belt off punk and gone over. e.g. Daniel Bryan. It's just who he lost the belt to, and how he lost it.

And to justify it by saying "just be thankful you lost to THA RACK, now u moar popular lulz" is ridiculous.

Rock didn't do punk any favours. Rock did rock favours. That's it.

I like how scrilla has Cena on his sig and avatar all of a sudden.
