WWE don't build tag teams. Not kofi's fault. After Hell No drop the titles the division will go to shit. Is it their fault? He has did capitalize on his feud with Orton and got massively over. WWE dropped the ball. No one cares about Swagger. When he returned everyone was disappointed.
