More like why keep around people who aren't contributing shit when you can clear out dead wood to make room for useful people.
But also yeah, chances are if someone is just there to be a narc it's going to be an inactive member, so there's that.
Anyways, just put your account on hold if you're not going to use it for more than a month. It's not that hard.
