Usually, in my experience, when people "stand out" on the forum, it's for all the wrong reasons. Usually negative. I.E. you think someone is a mo-mo, so you notice them more often. Especially if they post in several sections. For the most part, although y'all are jaded, bitter mother-fuckers, I feel like the Rants regulars are the (mostly) positive people of the forum (in regards to not being mouth-breathing neanderthals).
I do browse with signatures turned off & Ad-Block+ stopping all the shitty ads & everything, so if someone doesn't have an avatar (and there are a lot of people that don't), I can't differentiate one from another. There's so many re-joiners, trolls, spammers & gimmick accounts that it's hard to care about someone with a low post count, no avatar & a newer rejoin date. Not to say that they can't contribute to a discussion or something but it's more like the odds are better that they're going to be another Choc Lesnar than someone that just recently found the forum & is going to be a welcomed addition to the community. You know? Guilty until proven innocent.
