Actually he's correct, most of those idiots are indeed from the subcontinent. The Asian countries are untapped markets who only know about pro-wrestling from what they've seen on TV, and that's those 7-8 weekly WWE and TNA shows. I myself haven't met a single guy over here who knows what goes on behind the cameras. I guess there are hardly 5-6 active Indian members on this website (including me). 5-6 members from a country who's population is 1.27 billion, clearly shows that most of them aren't exposed to the internet world of wrestling too. That is why they come off as idiots posting shit like 'Jhon Cena u are my hero Punk suck i want you beat Punk and win WWE champion Cenation is best we rock forever!!!111oneone!!'. Go check any WWE related page on Facebook, you'll know what I'm talking about. Most of the teenagers, not all, but most of them think its real.
In fairness, I've never been to India or Pakistan, however, there is a large contingent of both here in Canada and in line with the thread's topic (over 15s who think wrestling is real) all those I've talked to are fully aware of what the product is.
His post is nothing more than thinly veiled racism. Labeling the majority based on the actions a few is flat out BS. You may be right on the idea that many developing nations aren't aware of the nature of the product, but ignorance and stupidity are completely different entities.
