at you guys being friends with people who would post this kind of shit on the internet. I could never actually engage in regular conversation with someone who cares about getting LIKES on Facebook. That relationship would simply be impossible to ever come to fruition.
A girl I knew from grade school but hadn't talked to for years friended me one day. She shared some shitty dead dog pictures and a sad story. I unfriended her immediately.
My cousin kept doing that "LIKE IF" bullshit. I unfriended her. When I saw her in person later and she asked about it I told her why.
Being estranged from people you have nothing in common with is extremely underrated.

Exactly why I follow fan pages that make fun of shit like that and post funny content. "See More" is a really funny page, lots of funny pictures posted on it that focus on making fun of "swag", and "like if". It's pretty funny. I also hate when people do it like unintentionally-on-purpose or subliminally, such as "like if you think i'm pretty, no likes means im ugly, 1-10 means im okay, 10-20 means im cute, 20-30 means im hot etc etc" and "omg guys no makeup <3" those are the ones that piss me off the most

Yeah, i have a bunch of friends who like these photos and their "likes" show up on my newsfeed for some reason. one friend in particular likes a bunch every day. guess he's doing his part for the community.
