In a liberal democratic multicultural society a person has the right to speak in any fuckin' language they choose. Doesn't matter if it pisses you off or not, your rights don't supercede the rights of others. You are however free to be pissed off or think they are 'stupid' or 'ignorant' because of it, that's your prerogative.
