Okay, I promised myself I would refrain from making rants but I have to get this out my system. Over the past few days in the WWE section, I've encountered some of the stupidest fucks in the history of mankind. Seriously, how do these people even know how to use a computer is beyond me. Bare with me, as this will be an extensive rant.
Example: GOAT thread
In the GOAT thread, we all know everybody is generally split between Rock & Austin. My whole intention is to be neutral, especially when I see retards completely rewrite history to support their argument. It's a pretty common thing. Now, I thought it was common knowledge that between 1996 and 1998, WWE usually gave the In Your House PPV's a nickname that basically had something to do with a certain star/match/angle (A Cold Day In Hell, Beware Of Dog, Good Friends Better Enemies, Degeneration X). Let's look at the PPV of December of 1999 titled "Rock Bottom", with the main event of Rock vs. Mankind.
Pretty much, the PPV was headlined with that match, even with a picture of Rock doing the move as the promotional poster. But, a butt hurt Austin mark feels otherwise:

I don't understand. The Rock's finishing move is The Rock Bottom. The promotional poster of the event titled "Rock Bottom" is a picture of The Rock doing The Rock Bottom. And when the fuck was The Bookend a PPV?
Now, bare with me. As I said, this rant may be pretty long (and quite sure some won't even read it). Now, we have a Mr. Sam Knight. Sam is a die hard Rock fan. His intention is to rewrite as much history and make up as many false claims as possible to support why Rock is GOAT. Somewhat understandable, as that thread is full of people just like him. But, why in the hell would you use Rock being voted Most Popular Wrestler of 1999 as grounds for him being GOAT? Now if anybody is familiar with PWI, you know they do the yearly awards. In the end, they mean jackshit. If being Most Popular Wrestler by PWI meant anything, RVD could be talked about as GOAT, seeing as how he won the award as a heel. Here's Sam's reply to that revelation:

So now, he's taking 2 separate sources, ignores what doesn't back up his argument and replaces it with one that does, while saying "many people disagree with PWI". But, you didn't disagree when you thought you had solid reasoning for Rock being GOAT because he was voted Most Popular Wrestler in 1999.
Another instance of Sam's stupidity can be found in the same thread, with many more sign of mental retardation.

Really? Really? Superman & Batman alone date back to the 1930s, with Spiderman's first appearance coming in the 60s. This alone should have warned me of Sam's lack of intelligence but there's more.
In response to some here thinking Rock/Brock would be great for WM, Sam comes with yet another gem:

This post screams "it's still real to me, dammit". Sam seems to think that if wrestlers are friends outside the ring, they shouldn't have a match against either. Where would wrestling be if that was the case?
I can go on and on about Sam & Stuart but there's other people who I've found to lack any wrestling knowledge at all.
EXAMPLE: therock11
He's a relative newcomer with less than 20 posts. He admittedly has aspergers, basically a form of autism and has a hard time explaining his POV because English isn't his first language. He claims to have only began watching wrestling in 1998, which might explain why he shouldn't make statements like this:

Okay, I wasn't necessarily a regular WWE viewer in 1995 but thanks to torrents and Youtube, I have some understanding of WWE in 1995, anybody should. But, can somebody point out when Vince tested the waters with HBK before 1996 and when did Shawn flop from face to heel? That's right, he didn't. First 4 years in the company, Shawn remained a babyface. From 1992-early 1995, he remained a heel and wasn't really a main event star at that time. Maybe the autism caused that foolish post.
But throughout said thread, he remains under the impression that HBK's title reign led to the rise of WCW, not the NWO. Even worse, he constantly blames HBK for it yet calls him the best ever. But, I digress. Too much flip flopping from him.
Example: ShowHBKStopper
His argument was basically that attendance doesn't matter and only buyrates do. But, when somebody compared the buyrates of the late 90s to those of the 80s, I informed them that PPV was nowhere near as wide spread. But the guy would later go on to say that while less people may buy PPV's, you still can't tell who's a draw, despite his entire argument being that "fill in the blank" was a draw because of buyrates. That, along with another revelation, is revealed in this post:

That's right, he admits to being a rejoiner. He claims that he's the guy that all the Rock marks get their info from. After announcing I planned to report him, he replies with this:

A forum full of pussies, yet he announces that he will be joining for a third time. I just don't understand.
Example: Mr. Bad Example (lol)
Some may be familiar with this guy. I heard it was Warren Zevon but I don't know. What I do know is that he's likely the dumbest motherfucker on this forum. See, he made a thread to show his appreciation for the "Wrestling God" Ric Flair. But, after reading it, I was left confused.

He had longevity, while guys like Austin and Micheals did not, and could wrestle, while Hogan was limited in the ring. The Rock was a bigger star, but had a short wrestling career. Flair had as many great matches over a lengthy period of time as anybody. He could make bad wrestlers look good, and he was arguably the best talker ever. He held the most world titles. Only The Rock matched his mic skills, but the Rock's promo's were practiced and repetitive. Flair's were varied and spontaneous. The Rock couldn't wrestle like Flair. Neither could Austin. Terry Funk lasted longer and great mic skills, but Flair was a better wrestler and had better mic skills. To top it off, Flair held world titles in all 3 major organizations, and can still wrestle. Other than all that, he sucks.

Okay, he just made a thread to broadcast his love for Flair but closes the post by saying he sucks? But wait, there's more. He made another thread with a poll about "who were/are the best big men".
Okay, not a bad thread. Even included some true legends of the sport. But, he missed a few names. No Bigelow, no Vader, no Brock, no Nash, no Sid. But, there are 2 guys on that poll who I really questioned.

Oh, I see. One half of the APA, The American Hero, The Wrestling God, BRAD SHAW LAYFIELD??? Certainly doesn't seem the right post for him to close with calling someone an ignoramus.
And I could go on and on. Fact is, the WWE section is the worst right now. And don't get me started on the TNA section. I can recall a guy being pissed because Jeff Hardy won the belt and he felt he shouldn't have because WWE guys shouldn't get a push in TNA. Instead, he wanted the up & coming 41 year old Bully Ray to get the belt.
The stupidity is at an all time high. Everything WWE related is plagued with pimple faced virgins who likely still believe in Santa. Threads quickly get derailed in favor of ratings/buyrates/attendance talk, reasons why Rock is the GOAT even if the thread has nothing to do with Rock and why "insert wrestler here" is overrated. THE SHIT IS GETTING OUT OF HAND!
Why can't the wrestling sections be improved? If it was my call, get read of the trolls and those who make massive replies late at night just to get to rants the next day. But at the end of the day, maybe it's just me.
