the best part is when RockAE uses Meltzer's numbers all the time and then claims some of his numbers are flawed b/c he's biased towards Austin. even though Meltzer is the biggest Dwayne mark on the planet. won't even criticize the guy for being JUICED the fuck up. he completely ignores it and even makes blatant biased remarks like Dwayne was BIGGER in 2004.

Basically, it's like in the GOAT thread, you can't have an opinion. People base it on the most ridiculous criteria and the thing that gets me is they act like wrestling never existed before 1998. I don't think someone can realistically have an opinion on who GOAT is when their only knowledge of wrestling history is whatever story WWE has told.
And yeah, after reading some shit from Meltzer, I realize now that he's extremely biased towards Rock and extremely biased against HHH. No surprise that his opinions have influenced the opinions of a good portion of the IWC for years.

i agree in the GOAT thread it seems tho if you pick anyone other then austin or rock, you are wrong. I am a huge Austin Fan, but i can see how others might think, guys like undertaker, Andre, Hogan, HBK, Angle,Flair,Sting, Hart,even Benoit could be the GOAT

Wow, way to bump the thread. But I'm not going to lie, that's where I see OP most of the time. But that's probably because the Austin vs. Rock mark wars have cooled down and everyone is back to having civil discussions.
