The problem is that there are more serious examples of bullying than a girl who exposed her boobs, slept with someone and many boys and girls who knew her said that she acted slutty very often.
There is a post on Facebook (I believe it's even posted here in the AT thread) where a girl posted "my brother was bullied to death because he was gay. Where is his FB page?"
Do you know how the people feel who lost someone because of something really serious and unprovoked and now they watch this girl who would never receive those messages if she never did these things as the face of the anti bullying organisations.
It looks really weird and hypocritical when you see a Amanda Todd memorial page with a photo how she is portrayed as an angel and on the right side you have "people you may know" suggestions with photos of 4-5 half naked girls acting like sluts and every one of them has over 2.000 friends for obvious reasons.
Sorry if the PC logo upsets you. I didn't mean only you, that's why I posted "& friends" but you was the last one who posted something in the other thread when I had the idea for this thread. This thread could also be "NoyK & friends" if he was the last who posted at the time

It's not because you or somebody else has an different opinion. It's about, no matter what somebody did, when he dies he must be a victim and who disagrees is just a monster who is happy that a 15y old child died, and that is what upsets the most people
Yeah I did let the heat of the moment get the better of me and came off as a bit of an ass. I can definitely admit to that.
I don't think its right to make fun of the girl, Not saying you did, just to clarify before going ahead.
My biggest gripe was that people were using her sexual experiences, which were miniscule and building a "she was a slut and deserved it" mentality. I use to work in a womens shelter and saw a lot of heavy crap go down and some pretty ugly reactions from some of the guys that would attempt to show up there.
I shouldn't have went off so hard though. Everyone has the right to his or her opinion, I just think that it should be done with decency and class. Sadly I came out of the gate doing exactly what I was accusing the other person of doing.
Yeah I do hate the PC label cause it is pretty much the opposite of my everyday personality.
On an unrelated note. Guessing I missed the downward spiral of whoever that was that started with me and went into one non-sensical arguement after another with other posters.
Though I would like to clear one thing up, I am not a homophobe , did I probably make some off hand..guess you are gay comment in passing at some point in the past, yeah probably( not being PC and all I guess I can do that) though I didnt realize someone hooked onto it with such conviction that they made a thread and obsessed about it....just wow.

The sexual experiences thing comes in to play because that was one of the main reasons she was bullied, so, yes, it plays a part in her situation. You can't be slutty and not expect people to throw it in your face when you're a teenager. That is the age where you really don't want to get in to that type of shit because people are at the age where they will absolutely make fun of you for it.
