I don't like when I go to the gym and some old or fat guy is on a machine or bench/seat for about 10 or more minutes. Especially when he takes long ass (4 or 5 minutes) rests but still just sits there waiting to continue curling 10 lbs (or 4.5kg folks). He could easy move out of the way to have someone else work in with him if he is going to take that long. If he would do his set, wait a minute or 2, then do another, I really wouldn't mind him hogging the bench/machine or whatever, for however long he needed.
