I work for a security company. I have another job and today is my last shift. They treat their employees like crap. I am very sick, I have asked them to send relief and they said "too bad" and "suck it up princess"
I have decided to go home. I have an interview for the police in 2 weeks and am wondering if they will ask for supervisory or company references?
Will I lose my security license? My new job pays me 16 bucks which is 5 bucks an hour more
thanks to kingfunkel

A man should never walk out on his job. You willfully (I assume) signed up for this job and are obligated to perform said job until you have officially severed ties with the parent company. One should not let emotions interfere with his performance in the workplace. If you walk out on your job, you will be letting down many people, but most of all yourself.
