Only time you can kill another human being and "get off" is if it's in self defence, if they are on life support or if they died unintentionally Warren, none of which applies to this circumstance. She is getting tried for murder, and she will get found guilty of murder. She has already admitted her crimes to the police, it's just a formality.

It is true that not every killing of another human is murder, but she did not have a justified reason to kill the baby. Having a baby 'by accident' is not a justifiable reason. There is something called adoption.
