If I said this website isn't a wrestling message board but a cricket one, I am wrong. It's not an opinion. Same applies here. You are going against murder's legal definition. The teen took the life of another human. It's murder.

I disagree. There are plenty of instances where willingly taking another person's life is not considered murder.

Like I said, it's not about disagreeing. Taking the life of another human is murder. That's the legal definition. Hence why she is, you know, going to jail for a very long time.

I have never said this.

I have stated that were she in state of hysteria and/or I had reason to believe that she was a threat to herself or others, I would strike her a single time with an open hand to bring her back down. Not once have I stated that I would "beat her face in" or "slap the shit out of her" or anything of the nature that you are suggesting.
