Seriously, I don't like people who take advantage of government assistance that have the ability to work. I know people with advanced degrees that are undergoing financial hardship, black and white, that collect welfare. They deserve assistance because they are contributing to society.

Cheaper for who??? Because the government only pays the doctor 30% on the dollar of the cost? That cost has to go somewhere, time, equipment, rent, etc ain't free.
