I'd say it's probably Anark from the 11ers, and BULLY from the 12ers.
Other favourites of mine are CamillePunk, Zankman Jack, Froot, Ziggler Mark, RevolverSnake and SonoShion. I'd say Mystical and Apocalypto show a certain promise about them too.
Getting on topic, Sheamus, BULLY, RevolverSnake, and maybe even Chapo for humour related stuff. I swear I once snorted laughing at some of the stuff they post here sometimes.
Anark, Zankman Jack, RKO Peep, for overall posting. Haven't seen that much of Shepard, but he's pretty cool from what I've seen. And DualShock has been getting better lately.
Quite a lot of 11ers and 12ers are cool. 3 favs are anark, revolver and bully. Though there a lot more good 11er's and 12er's then people seem to think.

Shep, CP, and Skyfall are the only ones that come to mind. If I was as active in the WWE section this year as I was in '11 then I'd have more names to add and would probably make at least one of these lists, but I don't really watch so FUCK IT.

I'm not sure about best, but some 11ers/12ers who I think are good posters are: DoubleDeckerBar, NearFall, Skyfall, KO Bossy, AndreBaker, mr cricket, Choke2Death, Rock316AE, Mozza. Those were just off the top of my head.
As for worst? KentonBomb. The guy's annoying as fuck and has some of the worst wrestling opinions and views I've seen on the site.
I love how most people are just naming posters who post a lot in rants with their stupid off-topic ramblings that drag out crappy rants to a ridiculous number of pages...
