You don't think she was? When I was a kid I used to get slapped around by my Dad and my mom too. We were both shaking in fear fearful that we were going to do the wrong thing, until I was old enough to do something about it. And I bet your wife feels the same way.

Nah if you have kids i think it'd be best to just get divorced instead of staying together just for the kids. that stuff messes the kids up.

I've never laid a hand on her with intent to harm, and have never slapped her in any way, shape or form. I've never shouted at her in a threatening manner or postured myself towards her. I've stated that I would slap her a single time open-handed were she to veer off the track, so to speak, and that is all that I have said.
