ms tee's best song was lets get high in my opinion. turk was actually my favorite back in the day, the underdog who could rap great with simple at times cringe worthy lyrics, but u could understand em all. i was talkin about bulletproof aka lil derrick being underrated though... he was the 5th hotboy nobody really knew about, also was baby's nephew. he appeared on a bunch of cash money songs periodically for a few years, then broke out and formed his own label smoked out records. goes 3rd on this
also 3rd on this, outshines turk and wayne. btw i agree, wayne was better back in the day. he lost his roots, got all experimental mainstreamish, i didn't fuck with him after the carter 1.
Lil Wayne fell off somewhat when the Hot Boys broke up and he jacked Gillie Da Kid's style, who was ghostwriting for Wayne.
Now, all his songs sound the exact same and always feature him rapping about eating pussy. Album wise, he hasn't had a straight up hard album since Carter 2. But, he does still bring it on the mixtapes but not as hard as he did in the Squad Up days. He better be happy Juvenile left because if he would have stayed, Wayne would be nowhere near as big as he is now. Either way, can't wait till 4PM to see what Dedication talking about.
And yeah, when I tell people there was more than 4 Hot Boys, they say I'm lying and lost. But, Bulletproof went hard, especially on "Spittin Game" off Soulja Rags. I used to fuck with Lac & Stone but IDK what happen to them. Never had a album and I ain't heard them since Hoodrich.
MARKS FOR ROWDY RODDY PIPER Detroit Red Wings Just when you think you know the answers, I change the questions. You ever notice Hulk Hogan’s got no hair on his chest? Only friend he’s got that DOES is Cyndi Lauper.
i like almost all styles. immortal technique is talented, but too monotone for me. if u like him, you'd probably like jedi mind tricks though, same genre. listen to violent by design, classic album.
