It always makes me laugh when some pretentious cunt tries to open the eyes of the masses...via a niche sub-forum on a wrestling website!
Even if it was to have an effect, why bother? The world needs stupid drones around so that it can keep functioning effectively. If everybody becomes 'enlightened', intelligent and aware then we won't have many people left who will be willing to keep the basic cogs of society moving, will we? Not to mention the fact that it will be harder to get the better jobs out there seeing as the standard of what's an acceptable wage/living would be (expectations) raised. The job market's competitive enough already.
Fuck stupid people, if they're dumb enough to settle for mediocrity and waste their lives away then let them. Let the cream rise to the top. Even intelligent poor people will prosper and better themselves educationally and socially if they have the drive and determination. Life is fast and the slow will be left behind. Harsh but true.
Also, if we didn't have the spastics of society then most small/medium size buisnesses would cease to exist. They've got to peddle their crap to some dumb dingle esque motherfuckers. Without all of that buisness (and other industries) the world would slowly grind to a halt, leading to some fucking hippy-fication (is that a word? Doubt it) of the world, and you know what? Fuck that! Seriously, fuck these dumb shits like Ice Edge and the power ranger. I like the world the way it is, I'm happy with what's available to me because I know where to look for what I want (nothing seedy, honestly) unlike some dumb fucks who live in the world that has been manufactured for them! If people want to live in a shallow world then let them, there's actually nothing wrong with that. It's not often to my needs but so what, why does everybody have to live to one set of standards? Some people are probably far happier being 'blind' than many who have their 'eyes wide open'.
We have no real problems in Europe and N.America (unless self created, that's your problem) while despite suffering through a worldwide recession most luxuries are still more than affordable. Unfortunately people like to moan, that's our nature, so mole hills will be made into mountains. As for people and places that do have serious problems? Again, that goes back to having the will to persevere (most of the time, anyway) and anyway, most communities in history have had their troubles, that's just the way the world goes. Look at Blacks, Jews and gays, they all have persevered through some really heavy shit, if they can survive through those types of hell then any group or nation can. Unintelligent people have one major failing that will hold them back unlike the other groups (if you're still wondering what it is then you're one of these people). If people have survival skills then they'll cope, if they don't then there's nothing you can do. You can take a horse to water, etc...
I don't know if all of this is completely relevant to the op, but fuck it, the op was a load of shite. Those types of opinions/rants just bring out these sorts of feelings from me. Cliche ridden horse shit, but genuine none the less. I also realise that spouting this type of 'advice' is probably hypocritical considering my stance on people like the original twat in question. Shit ramble (most of it) over, I'm done with it.
Leave the world to it's own devices, it may seem defeatist but you can't change anything, concentrate on yourself. Understand, before you make judgements about others, people are naturally conditioned by the systems in place to make sure nobody lifts their up and realizes the truth around us. You can't blame them/us, you can only try to educate, but you must appreciate that they will learn in their own time. Rome wasn't built in a day. These things take a long time to come to consciousness, many are too scared to delve any deeper, but the numbers are growing everyday. It may feel like this is incredibly urgent, and it is, but the world is not ending tomorrow. We are learning as a society, it's a slow process. Outside of any political/sociological issues, there are personal ones we can each take on, there are always ways you can improve your own life and outlook. Have you ever meditated OP? Focus on this first before worrying about the wider world.
