Re: Wrestling fan in wrestling forums = troll
One thing I refuse to do is come here and make threads or constantly bitch about how WWE sucks and how I'll never watch again. I just can't bring myself to say that.
My earliest memory was of wrestling (Sting/Flair vs. Funk/Muta). I have endured a lot of wrestling's shittiest moments. If I have ever tuned out of wrestling, it was due to reasons beyond my control.
I will say this, the reason why certain fans say a certain promotion sucks is because it isn't catered to what they won't. Fact is, there will always be some who complain because not everybody gets what they want. I have expectations from RAW and Impact and when they don't get met, I say to myself "can't wait to next week". I never let it get me down. I have something of each promotion I like, I enjoy the Daniel Bryan storyline and Cena/Punk, I enjoy Aces & 8's. But right now, I'm enjoying PWG a helluva lot more. Only problem is, their shows are far in between, DVD's take some time to release and that is a rather expensive habit. Good thing is, I can be caught up on it and wrestling wise, PWG for the past 2 years has shit on anything WWE or TNA has done. Storyline wise, WWE takes the cake, as TNA has a habit of dropping the ball with storylines.
With all the promotions out there, it's something for everybody. If you're not pleased with any of the promotions, you're not pleased with yourself because you are hindering yourself from being entertained. Think about it, hasn't it become a routine for many on here to complain every Monday night? That tells me they wouldn't recognize when things turn around. Also, with the rise of Aries in TNA and people saying he's better than Rock or even comparing him to Rock, tells me that people are just reaching and really don't believe it themselves. We all are hypocrites 1 way or another but I refuse to be one of those who bashes another person for watching a different promotion. Tonight was the first night in quite some time where I watched an entire episode of Impact, no bathroom breaks, no smoke breaks, no internet, no channel surfing. I was really into it. But, I won't say TNA is better right now because it would be a lie. It's a matter of opinion and overall, TNA makes too many simple mistakes in elevating.
