A couple years ago the world found about Willow Smith and she became popular with a horrendous song call "Whip My Hair". We've all heard the song, I won't waste the space posting it. Since Will Smith is her father, every media outlet over hyped her in hopes they could suck some big Will Smith dick. From that we had a star on our hands and every simple minded person from ages 12-25 fell for this abomination to the music industry. Keep in mind that she was only 9 years at the time.
Now we jump 2 years later and she has released a new single called "I Am Me".
Hopefully you didn't break whatever device you just watched that with. I am not gong to rant about how they song was only about six lines and it sounds like shit, that can be said about 90 percent of popular music today. I am not going to rant about her looking like her dad in the sixth grade, which is quite hilarious. My biggest problems are two things.
1. She is fucking 11 years old, what the fuck does she know about being vulnerable, being free, talking to lost spirits, or any type of hardship that this song implies. Her parents are multi millionaires and since the day she was born has not had to work hard nor will she probably ever have to. She cannot relate to any of this shit she is singing about.
2. Which is the bigger of the two. People support her God-awful music and continue to enable her to put out more of this shit. What is wrong with people today? The youtube comments are more sad then funny. One of the top liked comments says she deserves a grammy for this atrocity. I can only hope the people that liked the comment are retards, that is the only justifiable reason because then they wouldn't know better.
I hope nothing but the worst for her music career and her retarded fans.

Eh, I just ignore today's mainstream music scene, it's so bad it's not even worth paying attention to, it's beyond hope. I stick with old bands or stuff that's just outside of the general public's view at large. She wasn't the first shit artist and she won't be the last, put out all you want, I'll never hear a damn note of it anyway.

Blame the idiots who lap this shit up, not the people who are smart enough to make a living from exploiting the lowest common denominator. A world full of stupid people is the real issue, a simple audience demands a simple product. It's an awful song but it will sell none the less.
If you're an intelligent human being then you will just ignore the hypocrisy that comes from mainstream music and accept that it's just a shallow way to print money on mass. Nothing more, nothing less. Any attempts by pop artists (generally speaking) to convey deep emotions that contradict their circumstances are just disguised methods of extracting money from the easily manipulated.
I guess that Will Smith's other agenda is to plant the seeds early on so that the world views his daughter as a mega star in years to come, that is with gradually increased mainstream exposure. Fair play to him, he's a smart buisnessman.

Because I can't ignore this any longer. I am tired of media shoving music down our throats, telling us that this is good music and we should go out and buy these albums. I understand that willow smith is just a cog in a machine, I just wish more people could think for themselves. Like I said, my bigger problem is with the people that by into all this bullshit. Simpletons who watch MTV to get their daily fix of what's popular in television, music, and movies.
