A bit of Winning news...
I didn't know where to put or post this so if anyone wants to move it, by all means.

So, I've recently just came back to Wrestling Forum after an on/off appearance for a while (mostly off) in 2011 and even early this year. I'm more active this year, which is great seeing some old, new, and current faces on here, but I just want to come post and let everyone know why I was so absent for a while.

I love pro wrestling. I love the art, passion, entertainment, and dedication that pro wrestling brings to the fans and what the wrestlers give back to the sport (yes, I said sport. My opinion, your loss). When I was around 2 or 3, my first recollection of wrestling was when my Dad and I went to the local video store and we bought the Summerslam 1992 event on VHS. The one with Savage and Liz tying the knot and all. A little years later, I remember watching the 1994 Royal Rumble pay per view on television (which is why it holds a soft spot to me even though it wasn't that great of a Rumble) and right there is when I had my dream of wanting to become a professional wrestler. I don't know where the future held for me but I knew that's what I wanted to do if I ever got the chance and opportunity. I wanted to be a professional wrestler. Fuck everything else.

And here we are 18 years later. After a couple of knots tied here and there, I can finally say that I am now a pro wrestler. Now, not a full time wrestler mind you. I'm still a trainee and rookie to my promotion (which I'll get to later) and I still have a lot to learn in and out of the ring. I joined around April-ish as a trainee and it has been about a month and a half doing this. Let me tell you, wrestling training is pure hell. Damn, there's days where I just hate doing certain drills and conditioning but I know why I need it. I understand why they are offering it to me because not many people are given such an opportunity. I am grateful and even overwhelmed (still) to be a part of something that I pretended I did with my brothers as a kid jumping on the bed or couch or just playing on the grass in the backyard.

The promotion I'm involved with is Total Wrestling Federation (TWF) here in Sacramento, where I live in/near. They are a very local promotion that do most shows here but will venture in other states and cities to get our word out there. They have been active since 1999 and even though it was originally a backyard promotion, it has evolved into a place where they are trying to be a legitimate company (even though we have the most and best audience in North California, other promotions still don't respect us since they think we carry the backyard stigma still.) So it's a slow but successful process in being a very viable company for others in Northern California. Visit their website on (thetwf.com) to take a peek if you want, not forcing you. I am just saying I am proud to be apart of TWF and have been a fan since their small beginnings. It's truly a great feeling.

I am already scheduled for a very small but important role for an angle at our next event on July 14th so I was excited when I used to do ring crew/backstage/security stuff for them. Now just imagine me involved in a show, period.

So, there you have it. Few on here knew about it, kind of, and I'm guessing most didn't but that's what I wanted to say. Those close to me on here (they know who they are) that have been nothing but kind, loving, caring, and respectful to me and me giving it back to them, I thank you for that. For those I have recently met and have the same qualities I just described, I thank you and wish you well. Now, this doesn't mean I'm completely leaving. WF will always have a spot within me. Just expect me to be drifting away a couple of times (maybe for a long while) and know why.

So...yeah. Thanks.

Now back to Rants.

No, Kiz not complaining about rep. Actually, my rep lately has been very kind to me.
