Yes, i know, there will always be shit music, but i just feel like in the last few years the music market has been flooded with that kind of shallow garbage with no intrinsic or artistic value. I guess it just reflects the fact that there is not enough quality music being made today to push that kind of thrash out of the market.

Maybe, but it's still teen crap.
There is a shit-ton of good new music out there, they just don't play on the radio as teens are the ones who tend to buy more music than anyone else, I listen to sports talk if my radio is on, but on the PC I use Pandora and have my own 15k songs on my ipod, the teen music don't bother me as I am not a teen and don't listen to any stations that play that crap
Also a regional thing, I know a few countries in the Baltic area love their heavy metal, Japan love the hair bands so on and so forth
Edit: complaining about teeny bopper music is akin to me complaining about Golden Girls being about old ladies, I don't cuz I'm not 100 so don't watch, am not a teen so don't listen to their music, shit makes me old anyway, lol

Last show was Black Label Society, have seen the a ton of times, met Zakk once at The Station (one of the last shows b4 Great White burned the joint to the ground)
