Not knowing when someone (like Hulk) is taking the piss certainly makes him look foolish. Also spewing the same rhetoric over and over doesn't mean you should be admired when the substance of the posts isn't intelligent in the slightest. There is clearly a negative connotation with calling someone an 11er. I would say it's more of a prejudice then discrimination thought because it's not like the members that joined in 2011 are being excluded from anything in any way shape or form but a lot of them are stereotyped as stupid posters that came from the WWE Universe. The argument that calling them an 11er isn't negative it's calling them a stupid 11er is the insult. Since most 11ers are viewed as stupid just calling someone an 11er would imply that they have most of characteristics of the typical 11er. Even if you call someone a smart 11er that still implies negativity to the rest of the group and by being a good poster this person has gone above what the person of the group does.
