I've been on here for 20 minutes in all my life but, even I can see CotR is a tool of a douche. Reminds me of this kid I used to E-Fed with...Chris James/Seven/Kokaine.
Get banned once and join as other names....I hate that guy. He's as much my archnemesis as Tequilla....anywho...

Which time?
He had received several warnings and then several bans but he simply wouldn't take the hint so the ban had to become permanent. He's had several chances.
