I look through this forum and I continue to see people say that Cm Punk vs John Cena was a botchfest. I have no idea how people are still saying this. I watched the match and nothing about it screams botchfest.

In the match there were three botches from I can remember. The one handed bulldog (where Punk went down to early), the botched cross body, and the botched GTS. That's three botches. That's all. (if there were more please tell me because I might be wrong on that one) Why is that not a lot? Because the match was FUCKING 30 MINUTES LONG!! You'd have to be a idiot to say that a match that went over 30 minutes and only had three botches is anywhere close to being a botchfest. 3 botches in 30 minutes is equivalent to 1 botch in a 10 minute match. I guess that match is a botchfest?

A botchfest is supposed to be when almost every move is either botched or very sloppy. That wasn't the case in this match. Hell if there were four botches it still wouldn't be a botchfest, if there were five or six. It doesn't matter. This match was no where close to being a botchfest. So please stop making excuses about it in a way to down grade how great the match was.

I was watching Punk/Cena earlier and I noticed at one point that Cena clotheslined Punk and it hit his forehead instead of his neck/chest area therefore I deducted *** from the match. Cena also didn't sell his knee for 4 seconds in the 25th minute of the match so I deducted the remaining **.

'Botchfest' doesn't appear to be a recognised member of the English language.

Therefore; It can mean anything. It has no definition.

So no need to raise the blood pressure OP.

A few botches that doesn't affect a match negatively doesn't make it a botchfest. Punk vs Cena was epic, even with the botches. Sabu vs Sandman in a ladder match is a prime example of a 5 star botchfest.
