I would also recommend getting rid of her. Yes, you love her, but that's not the problem. I've dealt with bipolar females before, and I actually love one myself, but I had to give it up. She had lied about too much and I was using her medical issues as a clutch, an excuse. Truth is, I don't know her, and while I don't know your fiance, you have to always wonder how truthful she is being to you and which side of her is the true her. It's not worth the risk because you'll have to sacrifice your happiness to make her happy, and eventually you'll think that making her happy makes you happy. Be yourself and find a way to get away from her if she refuses help. An ultimatum, maybe.

With all do respect, and I honestly do mean that (you're one of few posters I generally like reading from). The physical and emotional disabilities I can understand, I've cared for someone with both while balancing a full time job. But don't ever, ever, come online of all places and whine about money, sure you're getting screwed, it certainly sounds that way from your perspective, but take a look at your life. Do you sleep in a bed at night? Can you eat food during the day? You obviously have access to your own weed, there's a fuck ton of people in the world that would jump at your material situation.
