Re: Liverpool & Stoke Fans
Just have Bardsley man mark Shola, god knows he's the only one who's shown up for the games. Apart from Darren/Gyan in the 90th minute of each to score anyway...

Liverpool fans are supposed to be the best in England - and I would agree their away support is brilliant even though they just sing fields of anfield road and cant get enough but their home support has decreased. And the "loyal" supporters stopped showing up when they were SHIT at the start of 10/11. How the fuck are they the best in the world. As well, when they beat United 3-1 the Lpool shirts started coming out. Come on guys. I hadn't seen them for 2 years.
And, also Stoke fans who support Stoke from OUTSIDE Stoke annoy me way more than 'glory hunters'. They support them to make them look good as they are supporting a less well known team. It pisses me off majorly. I have NO problems with people that support Stoke from stoke, I would support them if I was from there, but please don't if you aren't from there. Newcastle fans are the same, too.
And, Stoke fans need to change their banner - fucking sick of seeing the '12th man banner'.

I don't understand why the Stoke thing upsets you. So you have to root for the team that is from your city? How lame is that? Everyone should be a homer? Come on now. Who are you supposed to root for if your city doesn't have a team? The closest team? Why?
I say pick a team and stick with that team no matter where you live.
Personally I'm more of a homer. I root for the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds and all University of Kentucky college teams. But I have no problem with people having their fanship *not a word* based in cities they don't live in or live close to.
The only fans that piss me off are the fans of teams that always win. For example, a couple years ago there was a guy on here who was a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, The New York Yankees and the New England Patriots..... what? lol I shit you not. Just fans of the franchise championship types of teams.
Now that's not to say I don't live fans of those teams individually. I have no problem with Laker fans or Yankee fans or Patriot fans. Your team wins alot and that's great. But don't be a bandwagon jumper and like all of those teams at once or I'll find you utterly ridiculous.

Yeah, that's pretty hard to relate to here though. Football is the only sport taken properly serious here in the club context.
Although football is like a religion in the UK, as it is in many countries where there aren't any other major sports club wise.

Yeah I understand that. But what if you don't live in a city that has a team? Who, in your opinion, are you supposed to support? The closest team?

I have a friend like that tbf. His dad's from Hereford but he never liked football so his son just had to go out and pick a team when he realised he wanted someone to support. He picked Arsenal for the simple reason when he bought a FIFA game they were the first team to come up and he liked them
Since he's nowhere London though he goes and supports the local team (Sunderland here) as his second team since he was born up here and can hardly go watch Hereford.

Yeah. See I have absolutely no problem with that at all.
Also, I totally understand why someone would not like their local team either. Support for that team is all you see and that surely could get annoying.

Probably. It's rare that a place doesn't have a club here, there's always some obscure team to follow

Re: Liverpool & Stoke Fans
Well, West Ham, Portsmouth, Millwall, Leeds all have a fanbase that falls into the "Cunt" category.

Re: Liverpool & Stoke Fans
True, but thankfully they've all fucked off.So I'd say Stoke can rightfully claim the title of biggest cunts in the Premier League.
