Re: HE'S FAT!!!!!

I think it's hilarious when fat people sue the restaurant for being obese. It's stupid, because it's a choice to eat at McDonald's or any other fast-food joint for that matter. And it's a choice to burn off those calories.

Re: HE'S FAT!!!!!

I wish I could eat like that.

Obesity is basically b/c of two reasons:
1) Ignorance. They don't know.
2) Desire. Lack of.

exactly. everyone has excuses, thats why its so fucking hard you idiot. not many fat people are happy with the way they look yet they won't do the work to get healthy. they bring up excuses to cover for various things, the most common one is fear.

Re: HE'S FAT!!!!!

How high does it go at max (or 95%) intensity?

My RHR is 55 - 60, and it goes up to 180 at peak.

Re: HE'S FAT!!!!!

no idea what my peak heart rate is. i don't have a heart rate monitor when i go to the gym and i'm always the one carrying out maximal testing. theoretically its 220-age but thats only theory. never seems to work like that in practice. I never do much intense cardio work so i can't even give a rough estimation.
