This is the kind of post that makes anything anyone says about cricket completely pointless. Baseball is a derivative of cricket, not the other way around.

Its not something i can explain. Growing up with a sport makes it easy to follow. Baseball to me is boring as fuck, NFL is harder for me to get into than rugby etc. However if i grew up playing those sports and watching them from a young age i'd probably love them.
