Unfortunately, people do stupid shit when they're drunk. I don't think you should end your friendship based on the way he was acting while intoxicated. It's up to you guys to talk about this and if you can't be friends, at least you've discussed it together.

Well, it depends. I find them a lot of fun to be with but they do crazy things sometimes. That's fine though! I've done some stupid shit when I was drunk too and regretted it later. As long as you apologize, that's what matters.
