When we talk about an all powerful, omnipotent, God we talk about a being whose qualities involve being a transedant being who created the universe. What is all powerful? How do we measure it and what limits does it have if any? Is it just as all powerful for God to make a car appear magically as it is for him to command a man to do so? What a terrible word is "omnipotent."

A transcendent being is indescribable. It cannot really even be conceived since it exists beyond even mere thought.

It's like a fish trying to comprehend existence beyond the ocean, or a 2-D stick figure perceiving (assuming it could perceive anything) a third dimension.

Exactly, so why it gets this "omnipotent, omniscient and omni-benevolent" description I don't know, it's very inaccurate and falls too many problems like the "problem of evil." By accepting the first bit, you don't have a "problem" just sheer power.
