Now I know this is a touchy subject, but I wanted to do it because I think Hitler is overated over Staline. I think people overate him by saying he is the worst dicatator eath has ever seen. Don't get me wrong, Hitler did horrible things such as the holocaust and ww2. But nothing compares to what the one and only former weforums administrator Nitemare did!! Joking. Seriously, I think the first position belongs to Staline of the ex USSR. People always talk about hitler killing 6 millions of jews. Staline has killed approximately 60 millions OF HIS OWN PEOPLE, and that excludes his own soldiers that he sacrificed during ww2 by shooting whoever decided to retreat even thought they had no chances of survival if they went forward. Overall, socialism has made more victims than nazism.

So who do you think is the worst dictator, Staline or Hitler?

The obvious answer is Hitler, and that's what I am going to say.

Stalin was just as evil, and yes he brutalized, murdered, and practacally enslaved his own people. However, he kept his evil within the boundaries of the USSR. Hitler actually tried to expand his power beyond Germany and spread his ideas of Genocide around the world, thus resulting in World War II and the loss of millions of lives from many different nations.

So basically I'm picking Hitler because his negative impact was more global.

But you want my honest opinion of them both? If I die and go to hell and they aren't there, I am going to be SERIOUSLY pissed!!!

It was moved to rants. I remember it was in the anything section not too long ago. As for the topic, they are both the worst and most brutal dictators in the last 100 years.
