I feel for you. I can't imagine it's easy to stop. I would recomend scaring yourself into doing it. Watch one of those disgusting anti-smoking videos that they show kids in health class. It might have a stronger effect on an older person.
Fear was what finally got my grandma to stop smoking after around 50 years. Doctor told her she would die soon if she didn't stop. She stopped, cold turkey. Not that it did her much good as she already had emphasema. I saw what she went through and I don't think I could wish that on anybody.

Naa but seriously it doesn't cost us that much for a pack of twenty down here. Anyway I smoke rolly's as it's much cheaper. but yeah, I don't even want to give up, I enjoy smoking most of the time.
Is that wierd that I want to continue doing it

I do the same thing. But the other day I got really pissed off because as I was leaving my job, a friend of mine was outside smoking a cigarette. He spotted me and came over to say what's up, and the whole time he was blowing smoke in my face. I hate that shit.
