They always do different thing like the rest of Europe does. I'll give a few exemples. Can someone tell why? Once I went to London and I had a nice time, but some things pissed me off.

-They won't accept the euro. (That means we gotta change our euro's into f'n pounds before we can spent our money there. Why? Probably because it's their tradition)
-They are driving on the left (Probably another tradition)
-They are the only ones supporting the US in Iraq war
-They have no passports EDIT: ID Card
-They have a different time zone
-Almost everything they do has something do to with one of another tradition.
-I once heard you can't enter a pub if you are under a certain age. But I'm not sure if that's true..
-You can't get there without a boat or a train. (Okay you can't help that, but it sill sucks)

Something else that pissed me off in England: the beer sucks.

And how in earth was it possible that you couldn't qualify for the EC with such a team? Shame on you.

Boat or train? Well, ya see that's cos it's not attached to main land europe.

The main difference between England and the rest of Europe, can be simply explained because we are an island seperate from continental Europe we have been free from the numerous European wars that have occured in the past which changed countries borders and mixed different traditions around, therefore most continental Europe is culturally much similar to each other than England because we we're an isolated island making the intregration of European cultures much more difficult before the 20th century, and since then we have become much more attached to America culturally than we are to continental Europe, primary because we share the same language.

What makes you think driving on the right is the proper way

Your guess is as good as mine, we shouldnt be, although its proberly because he have closer ties and cultural similarties with America than the rest of Europe.

The pound was around before the Euro, so... yeah. You have to change your currency in lots of different countries.

If you go into any Pub, they'll always have mostly foreign beer. Budweiser, Guiness, San Miguel, etc... you can get this in any pub.

Why would you care? You're not even English. The reason? Steve Mclaren. Plus both teams that got in ahead of us, Croatia and Russia, were both brilliant at Euro 2008. Both went further than teams like France, the runners up in the World Cup.

First off this post is silly, I live in London, England and I thought you were going to post about serious points but the ones you made are a joke.

Well that’s because we are not a part Of The EU, yet!! Yes we are in Europe but we don’t get run by office in that shit whole Brussels.

Well this again is because we are not a part of the EU. The pound is one of the strongest currency’s in the world, it allows us many powers on the earth, one of which is trade rates. And some shops do allow you to spend Euros it just depends on what shop, changing money is not that big a deal.
