Re: What's wrong with England?
I hate beers in cans. Even if you pour it into a glass, it doesn't taste right. All beer should come in bottles!

Yeah I like that one too, it looks like you appreciate the belgian beer (who not). My favourite is still Westmalle (Triple).

-They are driving on the left (Probably another tradition)
-They are the only ones supporting the US in Iraq war
-They have no passports
-They have a different time zone
-Almost everything they do has something do to with one of another tradition.
-I once heard you can't enter a pub if you are under a certain age. But I'm not sure if that's true..
-You can't get there without a boat or a train. (Okay you can't help that, but it sill sucks)
Something else that pissed me off in England: the beer sucks.
And how in earth was it possible that you couldn't qualify for the EC with such a team? Shame on you.

-Pound better than Euro so didn't need to change (and anyway I dont think public would have liked it one bit as you could probably ask most people in the Uk and they'd say they hate the EU)
-Most hate the Iraq War it's the governments fault not ours.
-Idiot!
-We created the time zone
-Thats because we have such great traditions
-That's definatly true I cant get a beer going down to my local pub.
-Big Wow that's life you can't get to America without an aeroplane
Beers not that bad but mosts imported anyway
Only thing I do agree on is why couldn't we qualify with such a good team but how far did Belgium get ?

Re: What's wrong with England?
All this talk of alcohol makes me want some . I have no money at all (seriously, not a penny. I am minus £730 right now...).
Me and my Dad used to get a random bottle of beer every week when we went shopping, just to try something new. So far, we haven't found a new good beer .

Re: What's wrong with England?
For the guy who asked me if it was a gimmick post: it was dead serious (just some weed)
For all the others going crazy: sorry I hurt your patriotism.
Case closed.

might very well be - do we count rubbish rants that turn from subject to poster-bashing from the first post?

Re: What's wrong with England?
We do have passports - that was a ridiculous statement
I don't think there is anything wrong with England, i like it here, sure we don't have the best politics and the beer we have is imported from places like Belguim so shame on you, and i can't make excuses for the National team because they placed very poorly.
