Did you just put Tenants Beer in the same sentence as the word Good? I have sampled MANY different beers over the years, and Tenants is absolutely, unbelievable, disgustingly AWFUL . Its like a really bad flavoured water. Its just as bad as Carling, Skol and Fosters for me when it comes to worst beers ever .
Stella, Kronenberg and Grolsch are the best! If it wasn't for Kronenberg, France would be TOTALLY pointless .
Edit: forgot about Becks . Good beer!

Re: What's wrong with England?
Must agree with some of those Belgian beers, very nice. I had Bellvue Kriek or something in London, that was immense.
I don't like Stella Artois at all; my faves are Kronenberg, Grolsch and Beck's, although i'm not the fussiest beer drinker about; i don't remember the name of the beer i had in Germany, i couldn't pronounce any of it, pump pointing was the way.

Re: What's wrong with England?
Haha you're from Belgium, how can you criticise England?
They won't accept the euro. (That means we gotta change our euro's into f'n pounds before we can spent our money there. Why? Probably because it's their tradition)
Our currency is the pound, which is worth more than the euro anyway
They are driving on the left (Probably another tradition)
We've always driven on the left, who cares
They are the only ones supporting the US in Iraq war
The majority of us dont, its only our Prime Minister
They have no passports
Of course we do idiot
They have a different time zone
Time zones are based around ours, so yours is different not ours
Almost everything they do has something do to with one of another tradition.
We do things better to be honest
I once heard you can't enter a pub if you are under a certain age. But I'm not sure if that's true..
It's a law to stop underage drinking which is lower than the US law btw.
You can't get there without a boat or a train. (Okay you can't help that, but it sill sucks)
We're an island, plus you still came here, but none of us are in much rush to go to Belgium
Something else that pissed me off in England: the beer sucks.
Alot of it is imported, unless you try real ale, idiot
And how in earth was it possible that you couldn't qualify for the EC with such a team? Shame on you.
Look at the two teams from our group who qualified, Croatia reached quarter finals and Russia reached the Semis, where was Belgium? Only good footballer to come from your country is Phillipe Albert, the legend!

Got a mate who actually can't drink Stella at all. He claims that for some reason, drinking Stella always gets him worked up and he ends up getting into fights.
He can't explain it, but i've seen him down a couple after some others (in others words, after getting drunk enough to render the brand - or drink - insignificant) and he got really worked up whereas he usually just goes from super-exited to asleep when he gets drunk...go figure

Re: What's wrong with England?
You have many 'Krieks' here: Bellevue, Lindemans, Gueze,... It's more a beer for the ladies actually, it's too sweet.
It's a shame Stella is sold pretty much everywhere because there are a few better beers right here. Jupiler still owns everything. Does anyone know: 'Van Vledeteren'? It's officialy the best beer in the world, brewed in a monastery, but VERY limited. Only a few pubs in Belgium and some other in the rest of Europe sell it. It's like 15€ for one, but it's worth the price.

I'm not going anywhere till you admit to the world that the reason why you're walking away isn't because of your doctor's order or your family's influence. You're walking away because of what Chris Jericho did to you. You need to admit that to your wife. You need to go home and talk to your precious little children and tell them why daddy can't go to work any more. You need to admit it to yourself and your heart of hearts and more importantly, you need to admit it to me because I deserve to hear it. I want the last moment of your prosessionel career to be you looking at me face to face and saying that Chris Jericho put you out for good.

From my experience from visiting breweries, it's better if they don't get distributed too far.
Having drunk beers like Marston's Smooth at the brewery, i can tell it's 10 times better there than any pub, and then 50 times more than a canned one.
It's better to keep beers like them limited to a few close by places and have people who appreciate them go there for them. Spread them out and the quality drops fast (transportation, storage etc)
