Even if the word "black" is taken out of context, and used intentionally racist. It's normally more like a failed attempt. Is "black bastard" supposed to be anymore racist than "bastard"? I tend to feel the same impact.
It's pretty embarassing when while in a conversation, seemingly by accident, someone would put "black" or "coloured" in a sentence while explaining someone and people would instantly look at me in anticipation as if I'm supposed to feel offended. Political correctness just pisses me off.
