I rarely go out to the movies anymore. It's been a while since I have gone. I usually rent movies.

Re: Can I Watch The Damn Movie Please?
Ha, annoying ****s at the movies are one of my biggest pet peeves. It just ticks me off so much when people keep on rambling on during the movie and being completely disrespectful to others. I don't have a problem telling them to be quiet once in awhile, although I would really prefer to rip their heads off.

Re: Can I Watch The Damn Movie Please?
I don't like the cinemas anymore. It's a shame when people are too inconsiderate and bounce off the walls too much to ruin it and waste someone else's money. Though on that same note, I'm one of those who socializes a bit and fidgets just to stay comfortable.
I find it difficult to just glue my face to a screen for 90 minutes+ and stay quiet. I feel too regulated. I'm sick of whispering "excuse me" to my brother to go toilet or something with people frowning at me, tutting and shit, when I paid money too. Also those who drop their shit down the back of my chair. Use the damn bin. I can't fucking stand the atmosphere and I'll just rather avoid it.

Re: Can I Watch The Damn Movie Please?
A week or two ago I went to see The Happening and sat next to this really fat woman that was slamming a huge bucket of popcorn all to herself. Anyway, throughout the entire movie she kept leaning over and asking "what'd he say", "huh", "what'd she say", "where they goin'". It was so damn annoying. I was looking around for open seats but this was opening night and the place was packed. She had butter all over her lips and shit. Probably the worst cinema experience I've ever had.

Re: Can I Watch The Damn Movie Please?
The talking doesn't piss me off much cause i always go in the afternoon, but the only time where i was honestly mad was when i saw Pirates 3 and people where kicking my seat, pushing my seat, and when the movie got done this bitch decided to have a full on tirade cussing up a storm, i can't remember exactly what she was mad over but i think she misplaced something.

Re: Can I Watch The Damn Movie Please?
That's why i avoid all the big theatre chains where possible and go to independent art-house places most of the time....people there know how to shut up.

Re: Can I Watch The Damn Movie Please?
^^^Avoid Odeon's, ABC's, Warner Villages.^^^
Showcase ftw.
Odeons a prime example of how to rip someone off. Pay an extra £3 for our premier seats (which are exacly the same seats as everyone else, except they are more central).
I hate going to see kids films. 9 times out of 10 there are a group of toddlers who arent old enough to understand the film, let alone sit still for an hour. So you get kids running and screaming while your trying to watch. The Harry Potter films are a good example of this.

Especially on open night. Screw that, the whole weekend people are going to be filing in.
I never go on Friday, my movie night is 99% of the time is on Saturday.
I have a gut feeling I'm not gonna have 4 empty seats to lay out on like I usually do.
Jesus, just thinking about it makes me mad.
