'To death of it'. You realize you are inadvertently implying he'd run this country into its death. Because, Presidents only have 4 years in office and 8 if they are lucky, so it'd be impossible for him to run it to its death unless the country actually got conquered by enemies.

What does the current system have to do with the greed of business owners? If healthcare was refined, insurance companies would still only care about profit. A new law isn't going to change the motivation behind running a business.

I'm talking about healthcare so I'm talking about health insurance only, not other insurance and not other businesses. Our current system for healthcare is a joke and should be changed.

To be honest, I'm not concerned about those not covered because they don't care about their lives. It has more to do with quite a few Americans paying ridiculous amounts of money a year to health insurance companies and we still have to cover part of our fees usually. In the end we wind up paying more.

You keep trying to refine your statement, but the comment I'm making on is still pertinent. Even if you're talking specifically about health insurance companies, any changes to the "the system" aren't going to change business owner's motivations behind running a business (and yes, before you try to diverge, the phrase "business owners" that I just used includes owners of health insurance companies).

I've stated I don't like how the current health care system works and you are lecturing me on how businesses are designed to make profits. Yes I know businesses are designed to make profits. Thats why I think the current system with paying for health insurance is flawed because in the end we wind up paying even more than we should. Thats why I said it should be changed.

Please explain how businesses being designed to make a profit leads you to believe the current system for health insurance is flawed? Consumers being forced to pay too much is a valid reason; Businesses making a profit isn't. No matter what changes are enacted, insurance companies who are in business to make a profit will still be in business to make a profit.

I can see how in my first post you may have not clearly understood what I meant but after my other posts you should be able to. My guess is when you read me saying screw insurance companies making profits you misinterpreted it. I know its their job essentially to make a profit. When I made that statement I was implying screw the current system.

Let me state it all together just to make sure you understand what I meant before. We need a change in the healthcare system. The current system is a joke because you pay money into the system and oftentimes find yourself having to pay even more when its time to go in for whatever reason. This is a flawed system. Its a waste of money that could be used to spent on other goods.

Please don't pass off your poor choice of words as me "misunderstanding" you. I understood you fine from the beginning. I was pointing out how the greed of insurance companies is completely unconnected to a refined healthcare system. It makes no sense that you now claim you were implying something completely unrelated to what you actually said.
