If it was just Benoit then i would agree but come on a 7yo kid was killed as well as his wife. IMO i think it is in bad taste but hey what the fuck would i know.

I saw that Video. I didn't find it funny at all, and very disrespectful towards the whole Benoit family, especially Daniel.

What would you do if a video disrespecting your parents after they died was posted on Youtube, especially after the circumstances? Don't tell me you would not be pissed.

I like Chris but he just got too carried away in what the cool thing seemed to be. He and Delfin were both doing it, I'm not surprised he was banned and no matter what anyone says, he deserved it. He may be a respected member of the community but he has been here long enough to know what is allowed and what is not allowed, whether it is in the rules or not.

He is almost as hated as Miz.

I joke, he is a good guy (Lax, not that Miz character). Maybe if what he posted had something to do with only Benoit and not the kid then it would of only been for a week. I have no problem joking about it, and I'm sure he didn't mean harm by the video, even if it is a little over-the-top. A two week ban is a little stiff in my opinion, but then again I don't enforce the rules.

It wasn't a video disrespecting Benoit. It was a video reinacting Benoit strangling his son. That's different.

Anyone who wouldn't expect Chris to do something like that obviously doesn't know his sense of humour.

I was actually unaware of what was actually on the video, I was under the impression that it was just a dig at Chris Benoit, not making fun of the whole tragedy involving Daniel too.

Nevertheless I don't think it was worth a banning, and I find it silly that all those who had a laugh at the situation got banned too.

I love Sparty as much as the next guy, but that video was uncalled for, it wasn't a point at Benoit, it was a point at the situation, a point at the death of a small child.

It was rather tasteless, despite your sense of humor.
