Great rant, I completely agree with what you said. He was especially annoying on your forum and since he was like the most active member there that was the main reason I stopped posting there. I know he's not trying to be intentionally annoying or trying to offend people, but he takes "marking" for someone to a new level and it gets annoying.
Some of the other things you mentioned about him gave you good reason to dislike him as well.
