I call things gay all the time. Its just something I got used to doing. I am trying to stop doing that and move on to calling things emo that I don't like, but calling things gay works it just rolls of the tongue.

It's just sort of today's slang. I use it but I am not associating the word gay as something horrible in terms of gay people. I am not homophobic and find gay people to be extremely nice. It's just a saying.
