Well, was she hispanic? Hispanic girls are really short for some reason, and look young. Not saying they all do, but the majority from where I come from are. Maybe that's why.

No, white. I can't honestly say for sure what age she was but myself and everyone I was with pretty much reacted in a way that represents the thread title.
