I broke my scafoid (sp?) in a nasty footballing accident waaaaaaaaay back when I was 11.
It's a bone in the hand, for anyone wondering. I've never been stung by a bee or a wasp, though. Hmm, hang on...

actually kaneanite it is scafoid i think i also did this recently playing rugby, got landed on.
But yeah its a small bone in wrist / hand hurts a bit, i done alot of injury's too, i broke my wrist like 8 times now!
