^^^That's what a loser would say.

So how many of you are actually going to vote? You'll always be fucked over no matter who is in power. Better the devil you know.........

So much for democracy, we have to vote in Australia. You get fined if you don't.

Technically Vietnam wasnt even a war. It was a "police action." Congress never declared war.

You should be fined here too. Everyone should be required to vote. People take America and democracy for granted. It's pretty bad when more people vote for the next American Idol than they do for the next American president.

Re: 3 days away till our future is decided

^^^ great point

This is the first chance I get to vote and at 1:00pm this tuesday at my old grammar school (were one of many voting places are held) I will go in and 5 minutes later go out feeling better cause I voted. Some people are morons when they don't vote. Voting is your opportunity in having your voice heard in some way..I mean im not only voting for the presidental Election im voting for two other branches

Congress- Chuck S. (D)
House- Rep Sue Kelly (R)

Kelly is a Repubilican but she Reped Dutchess county in NY state Senate and has done a good job in poughkeepsie and other areas in dutchess and I hope she wins a seat in the house as well.

Actually, no, people SHOULDN'T be forced to vote. It's about freedom, and that isn't it.

Some people -- like myself -- believe that every politician is a liar. Sure, everyone IS a liar at some point, but politicians lie directly to the entire population. Why should I be required to vote for Bush or Kerry if I think they're both fuckers who would destroy the country anyway? What if I thought they EQUALLY sucked?

(Hypothetical, of course. I think Bush is better than Kerry, but Kerry isn't terrible.)

Ok,

Rajah...sucks to be fined for not voting. That would cause me to move.

Nitemare....great point. It's about freedom, you should not be required to vote. If you do that, you're getting real close to not having a choice.

Re: 3 days away till our future is decided

Time for what a Canadian thinks about the election

As far as I can tell - Kerry doesn't make up his mind and goes on and on about Vietnam.

Bush is.... well Bush. Somewhat of an idiot.

Honestly If I was American I would usually vote democrat, but I don't like Kerry based on what I've heard about him, so I probably wouldn't know which way to vote unless I had thought out what issues were most important to society. Either way, I don't see how either of these two could be the President. But I don't feel sorry for Americans for your President, just look at the Canadian Prime Minister, you'll feel happy knowing you guys just don't have him. And as for Allies helping in Iraq, Canada would probably help, with our 20 mighty ships and 8000 man army. We definately don't have a large infantry up here. I just hope that one of the main issues in the election is education. Up here we have strong sciences and math programs but that's where it ends. Our history and Athletic programs are weak.

Pierre Trudeau was a very famous Prime Minister in Canada, if any American can tell me something about him I will applaude your Historical System, I didn't even learn about WW1 or WW2 until grade 11 here. I didn't learn American History until grade 10 for about 4 months. I really hope you've learned abit about our history.

I'm same as Rajah living in Australia that is. We have to vote.

Compulsary voting is a good thing

Yeah, the Freedom is in choosing who you vote for, not whether or not you can be screwed to go vote on the future of your country.

If you don't vote, you suck balls.

No, you are wrong. Freedom is the ability to do what you want, not limited to "a" or "b" when there is a "c." So shut the hell up, retard.
