D-Man - Yea it is illegal in my city you cant have a parked unreigsiterd car sitting note it is sitting in the drive way to quote the city "It is an eye sore" And the old people dont like it so pretty much so ever thye call i am not sure what it is called they come and leave notices on peoples cars it has happend to my neighbers. So all it takes is one phone call and they come out and they never drive byt oout of the blue so this is the reason I am pissed off I have to try to get it runnig or push it and clean the garage oh well I will deal with it

Um, I'm not going to argue with your "city" laws, but I know in my area that if the car can be cranked, no one can say shit because it is workable. Not sure in your case.

However, didn't you say you have a garage anyway?
